Randle Lane's Alice McCall Sample Sale + Review

This time we headed to the Alice McCall Sample Sale. It was a last minute decision that made me rethink what really is a sample sale. Safety pins and all. I'll say it all soon, visuals first!

An insight into the Funkis Sample Sale!

I was lucky enough to have the weekend off assignment-ing and exams on May 30th! In other words an excuse to shop those EOFYS.

Sleep when I'm dead. Literally.

Been so busy with Uni recently :(. I've had four assessments this week, three of them due today (What even). BUT its over now so I'm taking my well deserved weekend break. Well not really since I got work tomorrow ==; but any who I'm glad I was able to take some new shots over the past week. I think this glamour kills shirt perfectly describes my life at uni. I'm pretty sure this is the same for every other university student too. Changed up the camera settings this time with some shots.
Enjoy fellow walking dead.

General Pants Sample Sale

A bit late but here it is.
So this time we made it to GP's sample sale in Alexandria. Apparently its held there every year? not too sure but there seems to have been one last year as well. Initially we weren't going to go but since we missed the Minkpink/Evil twin etc sale last month due to Ashley being sick af, we managed to saved a bit of money for this one.
The event went over 2 days @ Unit 25, 30-32 Beaconsfield Street, Alexandria. Wednesday 15 April, 12pm - 6pm and Thursday 16, 12pm -7pm.
We ended up going on Thursday and got there around 3pm. It was less crowded than we expected (previous experience from the Blackmilk sale, waited nearly 2 hours? in line).

I'm just gonna say the walk was bloody annoying... if you can drive, DRIVE there. I cannot stress this more... Its pretty much in the middle of nowhere, not near any shops etc, outside GP's head office? Situated in a small alley theres just racks of clothing, ladies on one side and mens on the other. We forgot to take some shots of the layout and prices, sorry! But i'll explain em anyway.

An Insight into the Black Milk Sydney Sample Sale!

So on the 14th of March, we made our way to our first Black Milk (BM) sample sale in Sydney.
Note: Post more longer & detailed than usual.

First reaction: That line is frikken HUGE.. how long is this going to take? Why didn't I bring sunscreen & an umbrella? 2 hours later... after receiving a free tan from the sun, we enter the arena.
To simply describe the battle ground, there are about 6 massive piles of just Black Milk pieces on the floor, in front of these piles are signs with sizes; S, M, etc  and registers are at the back ready to receive that hard earned money. Having not been to a sample sale on this scale, we was not prepared, not at all.
You got 20 minutes and thats it. There will be a crowd of people jumping in and out of the sea of nylon, throwing pieces everywhere and if you're unlucky, snatchers.
Here are some quick tips on how to survive.
